
1. Get in a comfortable position. If seated, take shoes off, make sure feet are flat on the ground. Keep your eyes closed (as to keep the energy inside the body).
2. Set your intention to HEAL and to release the "story" of pain.
3. With every breath in, see a happy picture of yourself in your mind.
4. With every breath out, release and delete the stories of pain.
5. Give a gentle tap on the CROWN chakra, then rotate the wand 3 1/2 times in a CLOCKWISE direction.
6. Continue wanding the other chakras, clockwise direction.
7. After opening the chakras, focus the wanding on the painful/deficient area.
8. Wand from 5-20 minutes.
